Similar to the excellent Socrative and Kahoot tools, Quizalize is a new product designed to help teachers create low-stakes assessments and exit tickets for classes, a strategy shown to support learning.
It’s free for teachers to use and provides a route for teachers to earn money from the quizzes they create (or to give them away for free).
Quizalize games/ tests are viewable on any device, through a browser, meaning that it’s a viable tool for a BYOD environment.
Most interestingly, it plugs into the Zzish ‘learning-hub’ dashboard, showing useful analyses of pupils’ performance and gaps in their learning.
