You might be aware of Shakespeak. This app can be used by all of our lecturers, since we have acquired a campus-wide license for this app. And possibly you have used Socrative, Kahoot or Mentimeter? In this post I just want to share with you some other contenders in this area. Some are not purely geared at educational settings (eg Instavibe), others are. So here it goes:
- Formative (“Intervene in the moments that matter most. Formative runs on any internet connected device.”) https://goformative.com/
- Quizalize (“Quizalize lets you engage your class and deliver instant assessments for personalised learning on any computer, tablet or smartphone.”) http://www.quizalize.com/
- Qzzr (“Create, embed, and share your own quizzes”) https://www.qzzr.com/
- Instavibe (“The wisdom of your crowd, instantly”) http://instavibeapp.com/
- Kaizena (“Our mission is to empower students to improve skills through feedback from their peers and teachers.”) https://kaizena.com/about
